About Our Team
Meet the Experts
Robin Boles
Brings 25 years of business management experience, including multi-unit housing and three years managing a food cooperative focused on sustainability. Robin holds a BA in English with an emphasis on professional writing and grant writing, including an internship with the University of Wisconsin-River Falls (UWRF) Office of Grants & Research. Additionally, Robin has served on the boards of three area non-profit organizations, accumulating over 13 years of board experience in roles including Board President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Mark Klapatch-Mathias
Brings over 15 years of higher education experience in facilities management, sustainability, waste reduction, energy efficiency, sustainability planning and action, and teaching. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Organizational Leadership. His expertise is further enhanced by his service on various community, regional, and national sustainability boards and committees.

Mike Noreen
Offers more than 15 years of experience in sustainability, energy efficiency, energy transition, and utility programming. Mike holds a bachelors degree in Environmental Education and a Masters degree in teaching and ecology. He has held leadership positions on boards such as the American Public Power Association's (APPA) Research & Development board,
Chippewa Valley Technical College, and the Wisconsin Green Ribbon Commission on Energy Innovation.
